Group discussions: brainstorming continues...

New ideas are born in active discussions in five working groups...

  • ADPs have skills and knowledge that can  be used instead of inviting experts from abroad;
  • Shift to gas engines, instead of petroleum engines, save finances;
  • Authorize the Team and marz leaders to sign contracts under their powers;
  • Make the procurement process local;
  • Create special groups from each ADP for experience sharing and planning of work on a rotational basis;
  • Reopen summer and winter schools which contribute to;
  • Empower TDF capacities in the communities in order to increase their efficiency;
  • Central Planning of WVA activities, budget, in order to avoide formalities, and give an opportunity to individual child development;
  • Before large-scale projects, implement pilots, and only afterwards replicate;
  • Award for the champion ADP on a quarterly basis, in order to increase competitiveness;
  • Revise ADP evaluation terms, reduce.

    Great to see the ideas flowing here. I'm also particularly interested to see ideas that emerge that could be scaled at a broader level in other NO's or in the regional office. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to hearing more on discussion outcomes. Regards Ross (in Cyprus)
