Involve more youth in our projects. Cooperate with EU "Youth in Action" programme, Council of Europe Directorate of Youth and Sport to realize more activities for youth. Involve CBOs in this process and develop their capacity on youth work, so young people from our communities can participate in international youth activities.
Develop on-line trainings for TDFs in the spheres we work in communities (ED, Health, HEA, etc). So newly hired TDFs can gain important knowledge during the first months of their work in WV. On-line training will save our resources and staff can participate in it according to personal schedule.
Մեր կազմակերպությունը տարբեր համայնքներում իրականացնում է շինարարական աշխատանքներ,կապալառու կազմակերպությունների ուժերով:Առաջարկում եմ կապալի պայմանագրի մեջ ավելացնել մի կետ որտեղ նշված լինի, որ կապալառուն պարտավոր է համայնքում շին.աշխատանքների իրականացման ժամանակ ներգրավի այդ համայնքից բանվոր 2-3 մարդ,բանվորները պետք է լինեն մեր ցուցակներում ընդգրկված անապահով ընտանիքներից:Դրանով մենք հնարավորություն կնձեռնենք այդ մարդկանց գումար վաստակելու: Նույն սկզբունքը կարող ենք օգտագործել համայնքային շինարարական ծրագրերի իրականացման ժամանակ,այդ պարագայում համայնքապետը թող պարտավորվի, որ այդ աշխատանքների իրականացման ժամանակ ընդգրկի տվյալ համայնքի անապահով ընտանիքի մի անդամի աշխատանքների իրականացման ժամանակ:
