Below you can find all the ideas voiced at the Innovation Aspirations 2013 first meeting held at Ani Hotel on February 6.
- Share best practice with other ADPs
- Strengthen internal communication in order to achieve best results (four corners)
- Organize a national forum
- Involve volunteers, such as EVS volunteers
- WVA should develop guidelines for ADPs based on best practice
- Broader media coverage of WVA activities
- Find partners for sponsorship
- ADP annual presentations to state and business institutions
- Employees should have a right to invest time in areas of WVA other than their own field
- Flash-mobs, fairs at national level with participation of communities
- Engage volunteers and rotate them from ADP to ADP
- Annual award for the best practice in a certain community and replicate this in other communities
- Central coordination of volunteers at the national WVA level
- For urgent cases, create a mechanism for local fundraising
- There should be a requirement request 10% of the investment, not relevant to extremely poor persons
- Recycling culture within the office, efficient paper handling, refusal from plastic bags
- Mediate that banks provide preferential loans to business persons/communities
- Reduce meetings, seminars, trainings and replace by online or distance technologies (skype, webex)
- Blog where communities kids will share their innovative ideas, which we can further develop and implement
- Create a network of local (Marz and community level) sponsors
- ADP should have its own statute and should be able to engage financial resources, 80% of which will be directed towards charity
- Establish framework agreements with local media
- Create a Christmas gift catalogue, where most needy children will write letters to santa and forward it to companies for financing
- Share projects ideas at the annual forums of international organizations
- Shift to electronic filing system, use electronic signatures
- Use new marketing strategies, advertise companies at a community level in return for their financial investments
- Include the issues of migration into WVA strategic tasks
- Develop GIK idea among the local producers, for example shoe makers, they will also be exempt from taxes
- Create commercial ties with Georgia, sell products in the Georgian market, use the resources of WV Georgia
- ADPs have skills and knowledge that can be used instead of inviting experts from abroad
- Shift to gas engines, instead of petroleum engines, save finances
- Authorize the Team and marz leaders to sign contracts under their powers
- Make the procurement process local
- Create special groups from each ADP for experience sharing and planning of work on a rotational basis
- Re-open summer and winter schools which contribute to
- Empower TDF capacities in the communities in order to increase their efficiency
- Central Planning of WVA activities, budget, in order to avoid formalities, and give an opportunity to individual child development
- Before large-scale projects, implement pilots, and only afterwards replicate
- Award for the champion ADP on a quarterly basis, in order to increase competitiveness

- We should ourselves learn the culture of donating, we should ourselves donate to orphanages, to our own funds

- Translate the name of the organization into Armenian, and do not use the transliteration
- Create mechanisms for AMD competitiveness, increase competition between them, organize debates, competitions etc
- Create a forum in WVA website, where both from ADPs and national office, everyone will have an opportunity to comment and suggest solutions
- The office should provide Clear water and not separate units
- Reduce the level of decentralization in order to improve quality, supervision etc
- Right to express an opinion about invoations, pilots, new tools
- National offices should become more flexible in terms of applying WV tools in relevance to their context
- APDs should have flexibility for independently allocating their resources and determining priorities in accordance with needs, without going beyond WV policy and strategy.
- ADP union like a confederation which will ensure a lot of flexibility
- Establish a transitional period for shifting from ADP to CSO (civil society organization)
- Create a post and empower in the APS a staff member specialized on project monitoring and evaluation who will in the future ensure the work of the CSO
- Demonstrate a centralized and consistent approach and direct the funds at community needs, for example, now GN can be sent to a financially stable family and this raises discontent among needy families
- Implement small grant projects with local NGOs such as clean-ups etc, which will also help empowering the civil society.
- Incorporate the sponsorship fundraising method into the NGO (former ADP)
- Revise the activities of marz institutions and their efficiency
- Good human resource management, identify and encourage talents
- Develop PSA (public social ads) about World Vision in order to increase visibility
- Involved cooperation with state structures in issues related to child wellbeing
- Preference for those projects and funding where the participation of other partners is present
- Increase WV staff awareness about partnering

- Increase commitment to the mission of the organization, make WV an organization of those who are committed
- Include a new budget item in community budget for children in particularly difficult situation of life
- Parallel to partnering with WV, conduct an evaluation of CBO stability/sustainability

- Evenly distribute the training opportunities among all WBA staff, each staff member has to be trained in accordance with their job duties
- Develop a culture of social entrepreneurship in ADPs using the resources of the communities as a means of revenue with the public interest in mind
- Create a database of internal resources like GTRB, which will allow to more efficiently use the internal resources, the same model can be used for external resources.
- Monitor the activities in ADP with the only aim to increase QUALITY
- Willingness and promotion to implement innovative pilots
- Systematically share the activities of WB with partners, be accountable and jointly plan the next steps
- Use the administrative potential and presence in efficiently enhancing the program budgets
- Create an electronic network where WVA staff who have participated in international or local trainings would share their new knowledge and training materials
- Teach the community and practically coach how through transparency and accountability additional resources can be raised both within the community and through taxes and through donors in the name for community wellbeing
- IT development in schools starting from elementary classes

- Invest in multifunctional production unites and create jobs and develop market, revolve the money for the sake of children
- Sell the GIK and bring the money to ADP budget
- Make the WV cars taxies during the winter time
- Create ADP blogs in the community schools, and connect it to googleadsense by giving the kids an opportunity to earn money with their ideas
- Build cheap eco homes from clay and provide to homeless families and teach this method of home building
- Use biomass waste as fuel, create biomass brickets
- Focus the resources on profitable economic programs
- Support in composting, use the compost in Yerevan and international markets
