I am glad to report that we had a very good field-up innovation meeting will people from the field and staff supporting the field. I want to thank everyone who participated in the innovation workshop yesterday held in Yerevan for your energy and active engagement. I also want to thank people who got online and fed into the workshop via the blog with your great ideas.
I want to inform you that it was decided to leave the blog open for one more day in order to give the people who were not able to participate in the workshop the opportunity to voice and post there innovative ideas. I want to encourage all staff to go online read through the information and post you innovative ideas online today. I want to encourage all managers to ensure that all your staff have access to internet today in order for them to be able to post there ideas.
Lars Gustavsson, Partnership Leader Global Collaboration and Innovation, was on our blog yesterday and sent me an email mentioning his "enthusiastic endorsement for [our] efforts and journey towards a healthier organization....with a more open corporate culture....and some clear innovations on [our] Portfolio." Lars stated the event held with our "Armenian Team is officially the second real feed-back from a National Office actually taking innovation seriously - Go Armenia."
There will be an email sent out to everyone very soon outlining the next steps. We plan to include everyone and anyone within WV Armenia to move this innovation process froward. We look forward to you engagement and good ideas.
